The Heart and Crown have long been a Celtic symbol, as seen in Claddagh rings, but the origins go much further back, to the Roman Empire.  The heart stands for love and the crown symbolizes loyalty. Together, they formed a way of expressing devotion to someone.  This charm is available in 2 finishes, Antique patina and Silver.  As with all my charms, it is handcast by me in my workshop and is made of the finest jewelry quality pewter.
